AI is transforming every industry, and companies need their goals bridged with trusted AI. Progress does not happen in a lab. It happens in the real world, where technology meets actual challenges and starts delivering measurable value.
The Antire ARC Fellowship is a selective accelerator program for future forward-deployed AI engineers. It consists of an intensive period of learning, collaboration and hands-on work on applied AI. You will join an ambitious group working directly on real customer problems. You experiment. You deploy. You showcase impact.
The ARC Fellowship is for students, graduates, and professionals with a strong technical foundation who want to work hands-on with applied AI in real-world settings. We welcome diverse technical backgrounds, including mathematicians, developers, statisticians, UX thinkers, industrial engineers, and more.

ARC carries a multidimensional meaning that reflects our belief in what AI can become when built with purpose.

Deliver on the front line of real AI adoption. Accelerate far beyond traditional paths.

An intensive, structured program combining hands-on delivery, mentorship, and real customer impact.
ARC Conference is Antire’s flagship AI and Robotics Conference.
Hosted by Antire’s ARC Fellowship cohort, the conference serves as the culminating stage where the cohort graduates in front of the industry. Fellows are featured on stage and gain the opportunity to connect with some of the brightest minds across AI and robotics.
The conference brings together leading voices from hyperscalers, bold customer stories, and the Nordic AI community to explore how intelligent systems are transforming industries and unlocking human ambition. It also marks the exclusive on-stage premiere of the Fellowship outcomes, making ARC a defining moment for Fellows and a central meeting point for the Nordic AI ecosystem.

Norwegian businesses are moving from AI curiosity to AI adoption, and the demand for practical capability is rising fast. NHO estimates businesses were missing 33,900 people with the right competence in 2024, and 67% say they lack competence to implement and use AI. SSB also reports that 21% of enterprises used one or more AI technologies in 2024, more than double the year before.
The ARC Fellowship is our way of bridging the gap between strong theoretical foundations and production-ready delivery. Fellows work on real customer problems inside Antire’s Value Center, supported by senior mentors and a tech stack built for outcomes. ARC Conference is the public milestone where fellows present their learnings and results on stage alongside industry leaders, turning progress into shared knowledge.
