Every new chapter begins with people
For Gais that is where opportunity and purpose meet. Starting as an intern and later becoming a full-time Software Consultant, his journey through Minds and Co. reflects what makes the company so special: independence and a genuine drive to learn by doing.
As Minds and Co. and Antire move forward together, stories like Gais’s reminds us why this connection makes sense. His creativity and curiosity reflects the kind of thinking that shapes lasting solutions, where freedom and collaboration come together to build technology that makes a real difference.
I started as a software intern for a semester. Afterwards, I became a student worker, and when I finished my Bachelor of Engineering in Software Technology, I became a full-time Software Consultant.
I felt that a company like Minds and Co. would provide a great work environment for developing myself. My tasks create an immediate impact, and I like the idea of a work environment where you know everyone quite well.
My work becomes meaningful when I get to be creative. It was an extraordinary feeling when I saw a customer using something I created for them for the first time. That was a fantastic experience.
Software engineers do not necessarily do built things which you can easily showcase. It is not a physical product like a bridge but seeing people using the program I created feels great, and they give you excellent feedback and recognize a job well done.
Minds and Co. provides a very high level of freedom of responsibility. You have to manage your own time, which is amazing.”
I want to improve my skills and have that to the next level. Minds and Co. empowers me to develop my communication skills with the clients and identifies customer pains, solutions, and value.
Additionally, Minds and Co. provides a high level of freedom of responsibility. You get to manage your own time, and that is amazing. The feeling of freedom is super cool. It puts a bit of thinking, ” Okay, if I do this, then why am I doing that? Is it worth my time? Is it relevant?” – it helps develop my software skills and makes me grow as a person. They teach me to plan and be proactive, which is super helpful. I want to grow, and I want to make sure that I am doing something that I find meaningful.
Relax and do your best, Minds and Co. appreciates that. They do not expect you to know everything from the beginning. So if you take it easy, enjoy the ride, and think about questions like “Okay, why am I doing this? Why is this important?” communicate with your team and colleagues because they are always ready for the curious questions you might have. So yeah, relax and do your best.
