At Antire, Bjørnar thrives as a Delivery Lead, steering high-stakes projects that push the limits of innovation and technology in collaboration with the customer, partners, and colleagues. Currently, he's leading the integration of NetSuite and Semine using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)—a complex project that solves client challenges and creates new product value. This high-impact initiative demands strategic thinking, technical expertise, and seamless team collaboration, exemplifying how Antire delivers cutting-edge solutions to drive client success.

Bjørnar's role goes beyond project management. He leads a team of talented professionals, guiding them through intricate business problems and ensuring solutions align with clients' strategic goals.

From Norwegian Air Force to Antire

Bjørnar kicked off his career as a communication officer in the Norwegian Air Force. After three years, he started higher education and earned his MBA from NHH. In 2022, he joined Antire after several years at Tietoevry. He once dreamed of becoming a professional hockey player but achieved something just as impressive—becoming a Norwegian student champion in floorball. 

“At Tietoevry, I gained experience implementing and managing systems like Oracle ERP—both cloud and on-premise—and NetSuite. 

I joined Antire, drawn by its vision for growth and innovation. I sought bigger challenges, more responsibility, and new impulses. At Antire, I take on various responsibilities. My work combines strategic leadership, hands-on problem-solving, and team management. I lead a team of talented employees, ensuring they are supported and able to excel in their roles. I also guide projects, from identifying client needs to delivering tailored solutions. I play a key role in aligning business challenges with innovative solutions, helping Antire grow while creating value for our clients.”

What drives your purpose at Antire, and how does your role bring meaning to your work? 

I joined Antire in 2022 to take greater control of my professional path, work on diverse projects, and be part of a forward-looking team. The welcoming environment, strong team dynamics, and visionary leadership made it an easy decision. 

What drives me is helping clients overcome challenges and creating solutions that deliver real value. I also find great satisfaction in supporting my colleagues, enabling them to succeed and contribute to our shared goals. Antire’s innovative and collaborative culture inspires me daily, making it a place where I can genuinely make an impact. 

How would you describe the culture at Antire in three words? 

Collaboration, Innovation, Empowerment. 

Collaboration: At Antire, teamwork is at the core of everything we do. Whether it’s across departments or within project teams, we work together to find the best solutions. It’s all about building frameworks and working methods that help us and our clients succeed.

What does a typical day look like, and how do you collaborate with clients or colleagues? 

A typical day for me involves a combination of team collaboration, client interactions, and strategic planning. My time is mostly spent in meetings with team members and clients, ensuring alignment on priorities, resolving challenges, and driving progress in projects and products. 

Throughout the day, I assist colleagues, coordinate efforts, and ensure everyone has the necessary resources to succeed. Collaboration is central to everything I do.

Can you share a project or achievement that you’re particularly proud of? 

One of the most memorable projects I’ve worked on was integrating NetSuite and Semine using the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform. This project was unique because it wasn’t just about solving a client challenge—it was about creating a product that enhanced the functionality of both platforms. It showcased how Antire and Semine worked together, combining expertise and innovative thinking to deliver a standout solution. 

Leading this project was a rewarding experience. It challenged me and my colleagues to push boundaries, think creatively, and collaborate effectively. The teamwork across departments and with Semine’s team was inspiring and a great learning opportunity for everyone involved. Ultimately, the project highlighted Antire’s ability to combine innovation, collaboration, and technical expertise to deliver exceptional results. 

What advice would you give someone considering a role at Antire?
