Securitas cuts manual finance work by 35% as Antire optimizes NetSuite for efficiency and growth
When multiple subsidiaries of Securitas Products & Solutions (SPS), a division of Securitas Technology, consolidated onto Oracle NetSuite, the goal was clear: to empower employees, streamline reporting, and scale efficiently without incurring unnecessary costs. By consolidating on NetSuite, Securitas gained a comprehensive and unified view of its finances across business segments.
This is where Antire stepped in. By resolving a migration setback, automating essential processes, and customizing NetSuite to meet Securitas’s needs, Antire assisted the company:

Securitas Technology decided ERP-wise that the larger Electronic Security integration business should stay in SAP. Still, the company wanted a more agile, independent, scalable, and nimble ERP platform for the Products & Solutions businesses. The cloud-native NetSuite platform was a natural choice. Through 3xLogic, Securitas already had experience with NetSuite and liked how it underpinned the business.
Rakesh Khatri, a certified Oracle NetSuite expert at Antire, says, “When we started on the project, we saw many mistakes from the previous partner, especially with the data migration. There were errors in the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reporting. We needed to do a lot of cleanup and corrections on the implementation. And there were a lot of manual processes.”
Jack Snodgrass is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Revenue Operations Leader at Securitas Technology. He oversees the finance organization of the ~$90 million Products & Solutions business. He notes that it’s a unique enterprise operating in several countries across the globe:
There was a lot of configuration regarding the requirements in Australia versus Spain versus Sweden versus Latin America versus the US, et cetera. The expertise Antire had and the research the team did on NetSuite to help us figure out what was best for us and how to set up the platform to empower the business were impressive.
With a tight schedule, due to the end of support from its other ERP vendors, Securitas Technology started migrating Pacom to NetSuite. It went live on NetSuite before the migration was 100% complete. SPS had a long list of essential tasks that needed to be fixed before NetSuite could be fully utilized.
Snodgrass says, “We knew we had to optimize the NetSuite setup after we went live. We had a dozen post-go-live issues, including reporting gaps, lack of automation, and segmentation challenges. Antire helped us prioritize these challenges and provided expert guidance to optimize NetSuite for our business needs.”
“The team from Antire was very good at assessing our situation and helping us prioritize. As we started to move forward and get items knocked off, the knowledge of Antire began to really shine. The team gave us valuable advice on what to do as we moved forward to continue to drive efficiency and optimize how we use NetSuite. I also appreciated their sense of urgency,” Snodgrass adds.
Rakesh Khatri, also serving as General Manager of Antire India, adds, “We automated and streamlined reporting, integrated financial transactions with banks, and optimized many other things—making the lives of business people easy.”
Jack Snodgrass says that before, the finance team had to manually deliver Excel sheets to the bank to get payments done.
“How Antire has set up NetSuite for us has at least saved us a couple of resources and avoided us having to add costs to the business to support our growth. The team has given us a better 360 view of NetSuite, how to optimize what we have, and what we can do going forward. It was important to have some consulting on how to work in NetSuite better and align our goals and requirements. Fitting NetSuite with our needs was very important.”
Snodgrass concludes,
Partnering with Antire has been great. We plan to work together to optimize NetSuite further and implement new features.
How Antire set up NetSuite has saved us from hiring additional resources while supporting our growth. They provided a 360-degree view of NetSuite, showing us how to optimize what we have and plan for future improvements.”
