Welcome to “Life at Antire”, where we highlight the people who make Antire a dynamic and meaningful workplace. This series delves into our team members' journeys, expertise, and unique perspectives, offering a glimpse into the culture that drives us. Meet Chloe Cocault, a Delivery Lead at Antire who brings a wealth of hands-on experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and lean management to her role.
Chloe plays a key role at Antire as a Delivery Lead, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. With a background in manufacturing, supply chain, and lean management, she has a sharp ability to understand complex business operations and optimize processes. Her expertise spans operational efficiency, process improvement, and IT-driven transformation, making her a key asset in delivering high-impact solutions to clients.
Before joining Antire as a consultant, Chloe built her expertise as an engineer working across industries, giving her a deep understanding of business operations and user needs. Her career took her across France, Brazil, and Italy, where she worked with BOBST, a Swiss project manufacturing company. She managed everything from shipping spare parts globally to optimizing stock and refining FAT processes there. She even shadowed Field Service technicians to gain firsthand insights into operational challenges.
With formal training in lean management, Chloe developed a solution-oriented mindset. She was always looking for ways to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies. When she moved to Norway, she joined Ratio, where she realized she wanted to expand her impact beyond the physical aspects of manufacturing and supply chain. She wanted to leverage IT to drive transformation from a new perspective.

What drives your purpose at Antire, and how does your role bring meaning to your work?
What I love most about working at Antire is that no two days are ever the same. There’s always something new to learn—refining a methodology, tackling a complex consultancy challenge, or exploring a new technology.
Every project is exciting—some require fast turnarounds, and others push the boundaries of our expertise. But that’s what makes it so rewarding. I know I can always rely on our diverse team for collaboration, and I love that everyone has the opportunity to challenge processes and make an impact.
The constant challenge and growth make this role truly meaningful to me.
How would you describe the culture at Antire in three words?
Curios, bold, inclusive.
Curious: Antire thrives on a culture of continuous learning and exploration. We’re always looking ahead, seeking better ways to solve customer challenges with fresh ideas and perspectives.
Bold: We embrace tough challenges with enthusiasm and innovation. We’re excited to tackle the unknown and push boundaries.
Inclusive: At Antire, it’s all about what you bring to the table—your skills, insights, and ideas. Background, age, or nationality don’t define opportunities here; your talent and contribution do.

What does a typical day look like, and how do you collaborate with clients or colleagues?
Like most people here, I’d say there is no typical day. Our flexible working hours mean that I start at 6 AM on some days, and on others, I start at 10 AM, though my average is probably around 8 AM. My mornings often begin with a meeting, whether it’s helping a colleague troubleshoot an issue or running a status check with an entire project team on both sides.
After that, I focus on project planning, refining methodologies, and identifying inefficiencies internally and on the customer side. The goal is always to optimize and create as much value as possible.
Can you share a project or achievement that you’re particularly proud of?
I'm always looking ahead, so my proudest project is usually the most recent one I’ve worked on. In this project, as the project lead, I had the opportunity to mentor and support a colleague stepping into a leadership role for the first time. He was responsible for two major areas—Order to Cash and Procure to Pay—and he absolutely excelled. Seeing his growth, navigating challenges, and succeeding in a critical project was incredibly rewarding.
What advice would you give someone considering a role at Antire?
